When I say there were hundreds of people involved in making Tori and Dave’s wedding what it was, I’m not exaggerating even a little bit. But when you’re building the wedding of your dreams, a village of professionals is a must.

Over the years, I’ve become well versed on the ins and outs of creating a stunning tented beach wedding. And my favorite spot to fabricate them is at The Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. Looking back at Tori and Dave’s celebration, I can’t imagine a better choice. It’s iconic.

In the wedding world, there are some people who don’t believe in using the word perfect. However, I am not one of them. This was was truly perfect. Weather, people, fashion, food, atmosphere, party, everything was a 10 out of 10. The view is unmatched. The service, excellent. The vibe, unforgettable.

Don’t they look like they stepped out of the pages of Vouge? Tori’s gown had the most amazing white-on-white floral print. And her cathedral length veil with lace trim was the finishing touch we didn’t know we needed until we saw it. Her tropical inspired bouquet was a modern cascading lime green and crisp white blend that will go down in history for me. Of course, Dave’s look was a classic with his white jacket and black pants. But patterned bow-tie and shoes-no-socks? Modern and fashion-forward.

Their center court ceremony was A MOMENT. The cocktail celebration didn’t have to wait until vows were exchanged. Instead, the festivities began upon arrival with champagne. The phone valet let guests know this was an unplugged moment for the couple, but their phones were safely stored in the meantime. I’ll gladly exchange my cell for a cocktail when the moment is right. And this moment was right.

The florals centered the ceremony - 1,920 white tulips (yes, you read that right) and an abundance of accompanying white and blue blooms- orchids, lilies, hydrangeas, roses and more- felt like the most magical and romantic movie scene!

Sailcloth tent and beachfront view. Need I say more? We created two unique spaces- one that was meant for lounging + cocktail style mingling, while the other was for dinner service. Loved seeing the surprise and awe from guests as they approached the reception entrance. A cascade of overhead Calla Lillies, paired with floral columns and soft, sheer flowing drapery. See what I mean about perfect?

Dreaming of a dynamic seating arrangement? Allow this to be your inspiration! This was all about flow, movement, soft curves and textures. A mix of seating styles, tables shapes and sizes and a mix of linen patterns created a feast for the eyes. Every corner had a statement -making moment. Soft blues and greens, gave it a coastal feel, but pattern and floral choices created a garden vibe. If coastal garden wasn’t on your radar before this moment, it might be now!

Epic parties need epic entertainment - and Tori and David had two of my absolute all time favorites. Jordan Kahn and Curate Entertainment. Why choose between a band and a DJ when you can have both? Same goes for a dress. Tori’s second dress moment was so much fun! I don’t think she’ll ever forget the moment she walked back into the reception with her girls.
